The Assistant District Commissioner (ADC) Squirrels plays a vital role in supporting and overseeing the Squirrels section within the district. The ADC Squirrels works closely with the District Commissioner and other key leaders to ensure the delivery of high-quality and age-appropriate scouting programs for children aged 4 and 5 years old. They provide guidance, mentorship, and support to Squirrel leaders and volunteers, helping them deliver engaging activities and fostering a safe and inclusive environment for young children. The ADC Squirrels may organize training sessions, meetings, and events specific to the Squirrels section, ensuring that leaders have the necessary resources and support to effectively run their Squirrel groups. They act as a liaison between Squirrel leaders and the district leadership team, representing the needs and interests of the Squirrels section.
